Little over a month ago, I discovered something new… and
I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it.

I am writing and thinking a lot. Bouncing ideas with both friends and AI and
exploring what all this mean and how it can be used and applied.

Now you are likely curious to what it is.
Unfortunately I can’t tell you… yet.

This idea is still too fragile. The seed has just burst and needs some time to
grow before it pops out of the ground and is revealed to the world.

And I intend to give it that time.

What does this mean for you?

All this means that these newsletters will be taking a summer break.
This is the last one before the summer and I plan to be back again on the 12th of August.
(can’t promise I will reveal the idea on that date, but you will learn about it eventually)

Since my mind and writing time is currently dedicated to this new idea,
I find myself in the situation where I have nothing else to write about.
Or rather, I have nothing else I want to write about at the moment.

It would be unfair both to you and me to try and force out some vague story or
generic shallow insight. So instead, I take a break.

I don’t know what stories and perspective will be on my radar after the summer.
All I know is that my mind needs space to explore.

Give yourself time and space this summer

You have most likely heard of the eastern metaphor that it’s hard to fill a cup that is
already full. When you squeeze too much into your days you leave no room to
breathe and experience the spontaneous.

My new idea came in a moment of rest. I had a cold and was too tired to work, but not
too tired to think. I let my mind wander and I encourage you to do the same this summer.

Don’t be mesmerized by screens and stories of everything you ought to do.
Do what you want to do. And if you don’t know what that is… then grab a
blanket and a pillow, go outside and lay down on the grass next to a tree.

Watch the leaves, the clouds and birds.
Give yourself and your mind time to breathe, rest and explore.

You have no idea, what seeds might be hiding inside you and are only waiting for
your attention, to burst forward and transform you.

I am looking forward to hear what you found.

One last thing

With all this said, I wish you a lovely summer filled with laughter, warmth and love.

Keep practicing seeing things from multiple perspectives, learn
how to desaturate yourself, and if there is a rainy day and you want some
screentime, then play some Sunderfolk with your friends or family.

Thank you for being here.

Take care and see you again on the 12th of August.

Want to discuss your new idea, or learn more about Sunderfolk,
send me a DM on LinkedIn and we continue the conversation there 🙂

Until next time!
